Flyers – Announcements – Invitations
These are all very important for getting the word out about your event! Whether you are making a flyer, sending a formal invitation or sending an announcement via Constant Contact, please be sure to follow this helpful checklist before sending your flyer into the Principal for approval.
Does your flyer include all of the following information? Event or activity name Date Time (if applicable) Place (if applicable) Cost Deadline for submitting reservations, orders &/or money Who’s in charge of the event/activity for Questions (include phone # too) or to return the form into Can you write a check? Payable to whom (usually “Streams PTA”) Second notices are also a good idea. Please remember all the facts, but if possible, condense down to a half sheet to save on printing costs (or use Constant Contact!). Be sure to complete the “Request for Duplication Service” Form correctly. Check with Mrs. Kaplan or a board member if you have any questions. Thank you!
