11 .   COURT ORDER:

             To approve order authorizing State Farm Insurance to be paid $1,149.95 as
             supplemental reimbursement for property damage by the County of Dallas, Texas,
             in connection with an accident with a County vehicle on or about May 8, 2000.


12.    COURT ORDER:

             To approve order approving the annual budget of the Dallas County Hospital
             District for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2000 and ending September 30,
             2001, as submitted by the Board of Managers of the Dallas County Hospital
             District.


13.    COURT ORDER:

             To approve order setting fees to be charged for certain services performed by the
             Offices of Sheriff and Constables, effective January 1, 2001, and directing the
             District and County Clerks, Justice Courts, Sheriff and Constables to ensure that
             their fee schedules and deposit requirements incorporate said fees prescribed by
             Commissioners Court.


14.    COURT ORDER:

             To approve order appointing Lois Cannaday as a member of the Dallas County
             Historical Commission to serve a term expiring January 31, 2001.


15.    COURT ORDER:

             To approve order appointing Sheri R. McBroom as a member of the WorkSource
             Board for Dallas County to serve a term expiring January 31, 2001.


16.    COURT ORDER:

             To approve order approving a revised Electronic Mail and Internet Policy and
             authorizing its inclusion into Section E of the Dallas County Policies and
             Procedures Manual.

17.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order authorizing payment of $7,500 to the Texas Counties Storm
            Water Coalition in support of its efforts on behalf of Texas Counties to oppose
            certain provisions in the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) proposed rule
            for the regulation of storm water runoff.


18.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order approving the efficiency measures proposed by Dallas County
            Sheriff Jim Bowles, as identified on the Attachment entitled, Sheriff's FY-2001
            Efficiency Measures, Items A-KK, thereby authorizing a 5 % salary structure
            increase, effective October 1, 2000, for all employees compensated under the
            law enforcement salary schedule, and outlining certain provisions in the event
            that any efficiency measures named fail to generate the necessary savings and/or
            revenue.


19.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order approving the Personnel/Civil Service Department's request to
            extend the contract with Hay Consulting Group to provide services as outlined for
            a cost not to exceed $38,000 for the period beginning February 1, 2000.


20.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order authorizing the purchase of TeachView equipment at a total
            cost of $2,311 to be used in the District Clerk's Office as a mechanism to
            provide new and ongoing PC and mainframe training to District Clerk employees.


21.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order approving refunds to taxpayers, as listed, in amounts over
            $500.00 for erroneous or excessive tax payments.


22.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order rescinding Court Order No. 2000-1623, dated August 14,
            2000, and adopting and complying with the combined laws and rules for "food
            service establishments" authorized by the Texas Board of Health.

23.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order approving an updated policy of the Dallas County Upfront Cost
            Assistance Program (UPCAP) operated by the Dallas County Health and Human
            Services Home Loan Counseling Center.


24.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order approving a Use Agreement with Mountain View College to
            provide an additional site for the Dallas County Health and Human Services/Older
            Adult Services Program to provide meals and nutritional program services, and
            authorizing the County Judge to sign said agreement on behalf of Dallas County.


25.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order extending current contract (Bid No. 98-335 - Annual Contract
            for Armored Courier Services) with AT Systems (formerly Armored Transport
            Texas, Inc.) for an additional twelve (12) month period, effective October 1,
            2000 through September 30, 2001.


26.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order extending current contracts (Bid No. 99-220-135 - Annual
            Contract for the Services of a Licensed Dentist) with Dr. Kenneth A. Bolin, DDS,
            and Dr. Demetra Jones, DDS, for an additional twelve (12) month period,
            effective September 15, 2000 through September 14, 2001.


27.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order authorizing the use of bi-weekly payroll deduction parking rates
            for County employees, beginning with the September 29, 2000 payroll.


28.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order authorizing the County Judge to execute a contract in an
            amount not to exceed $368,800 with Triple R General Contractors, Inc. for the
            Elevator Extension Sixth Floor Museum Visitors Center Project (Bid No. 2000-
            241-650).
