Jacqueline Johnson, of Rochester, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and is a social worker at Mayo Clinic where she provides clinical assessments for adult patients' ongoing needs and is the Mayo Medical School Community Activities Coordinator for the Rochester Education and Advocacy Health Program (REACH). She also serves as the REACH Clinic Operations Manager. She earned her Master of Science degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin. Johnson earned her Bachelor of Science degree in social science from Alcon State University in Lorman, Mississippi. Johnson was appointed as a hospital member to fill a four-year term ending on January 4, 2010.
