                      Catherine Smithson is a leading facilitator, educator and consultant in
                      change and leadership.

                      She has 20 years’ experience as a senior manager and a consultant and
                      has an in-depth understanding of best practices worldwide.

                      Catherine has a Master of Business Administration from the Australian
                      Graduate School of Management in the University of NSW. She also has a
                      Master of Arts, a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma of Education.

                       Her professional accreditations include: Prosci Change Management
                       Process, Emotional Competence Inventory, DISC, LifeStyles Inventory,

change is active and visible sponsorship, according to

This workshop equips Sponsors to be effective change
leaders and to identify actions they can take to position
their organisation’s change projects for success.

This interactive workshop enables executives to:

This practical, hands-on workshop coaches
managers to successfully lead their teams
through change. Managers bring a current
change to the program and apply Prosci’s change
management tools for managers to create a
Change Management Action Plan for their team.

This one-day program guides managers step-by-
step through Prosci’s new Change Management
Process for Managers. This roadmap for
managers is based is on Prosci’s best practice
research on the role and behaviours of effective
managers, gathered from change leaders in over
1,600 organisations across 59 countries.

Managers learn key change principles, including the role of the manager in change. They also learn
and apply Prosci’s powerful ADKAR® model of individual change, People Risk Assessment, Top Ten
Steps for Managing Resistance.

This program empowers managers to succeed with change in two ways:

  * As individuals experiencing change;
  * As change leaders with their teams.

This program can be delivered as a one-day program or it can be followed up with Being Human’s
People Skills for Change, a one-day workshop on communication and coaching skills for managers.

Post-program support for managers can be provided by your organisation, or Being Human’s

This hands–on, experiential workshops
develops the communication and coaching
skills that managers and team leaders
need to lead their team through change.

It can be delivered after Prosci’s Change
management Coaching Program or as a
stand-alone program.

We partner with you to customise this
program according to your managers’
current level of change leadership
capability and prior learning.

Managers bring a current change to the workshop and practise the skills through role-plays, real-
plays and syndicate activities. They also agree how they will support each other to succeed with
change after the workshop.

We can also incorporate your organisation’s leadership, employee engagement and coaching
models into the session so managers experience an integrated, complementary approach.

have strong technical and operational capabilities,
but need awareness of their key role in change
and the “soft skills” required to create
commitment to change in their teams.

Change Management Coaching provides an
experienced Change Manager who coaches
managers to become capable and confident change leaders.

Change Management Coaching can be delivered as stand-alone programs or after any of our
