Elyria and Oberlin buses are the only buses that provide service on early dismissal days.
Some reminders about morning drop-off:
• The school doors open at 7:30. If you choose to drop off your child before this time,
he or she will remain at the door unsupervised.
• The first car in the drop-off line should pull all the way up to the fluorescent orange
pole. This allows us to unload 10-12 cars at a time.
• The large center parking area on the west side of Carrabine Hall is only for buses.
Please use the church parking lot when walking a child in and follow the directions
of the school safety patrol representative. They are instructed to only allow
pedestrians to cross once the drop-off line has stopped. This keeps the drop-off
process moving quickly.
• The drop-off line is only for those students who are able to unload quickly. Parents
who need to exit the car to put backpacks on their children need to park and walk
their children across. This procedure allows students time to get ready for the day
and gets parents off to work on time!
