							Dear Service Partner, Supplier, and Convention and Visitors Bureau:

On behalf of the Minnesota Chapter of the Society of Government Meeting Professionals (SGMP) Foundation
Committee, we encourage you to take advantage of the following opportunity! Each year our chapter “Northern
Lights” holds an annual holiday program, silent auction, and an evening of networking and future building of
SGMP!

The Foundation Committee is seeking creative donations from our membership and vendor partners that will be
displayed during this event - Tuesday, December 16th at the Sofitel Minneapolis.

The Society of Government Meeting Professionals Foundation directly benefits our Minnesota Chapter by
allowing our members to increase their professional education by attending the Annual SGMP National
Conference or the opportunity of pursuing their CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) certification through
scholarship opportunities.

All donations are tax deductible and provide an excellent opportunity to gain a competitive edge by donating
your product or service during the December program. More importantly, it enables our chapter to continue to
provide educational and scholarship grants to individuals pursuing professional and personal growth within the
meeting planning and hospitality industry.

All donors will be recognized during the event and published in the quarterly Minnesota SGMP Northern Lights
Chapter newsletter.
