Job Description St. Charles Capital provides expert investment banking services regarding sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, recapitalizations, fairness opinions, take-private transactions, private placements of debt and equity, and general financial advisory services for middle-market companies in Denver, Colorado, the Rocky Mountain region, and throughout the United States. Analyst Responsibilities The analyst’s primary responsibilities include: Financial Modeling Research and Analysis of Companies and Market Conditions Development of Presentation Materials for Marketing New Business Opportunities, Valuations, and Offering Memorandums Communication with Clients, Attorneys, and other Bankers involved with M&A transactions Qualifications Candidates with interesting work, extracurricular and/or other experiences during college will be looked upon favorably. No single field of study is required, but coursework in the following fields is recommended: Business/ Finance Accounting Mathematics & Statistics Economics The ability and desire to work in a high-pressure, time constrained environment is critical. Applicants should have strong communication and inter-personal skills, and be able to succinctly express complex ideas both verbally and in writing. The position requires the applicant to be goal and detail oriented.
