One stage external rhinoplasty and endoscopic sinus surgery for the treatment of nasal dermoid cyst in adults Kubik P., Kręcicki T. ENT Department,Teaching University Hospital in Wroclaw-Poland Nasal dermoid sinus cysts (NDSC) is the rare congenital lesions. Although many cyst are removed in childhood some are detected in adults. This case report presents an extension of the NDSA into frontal sinus with the slight deformity of the nose in 28 years old female. It is recommended that all adults who present with a dermal cyst and/or sinus in the region of the nasal dorsum should be investigated by computed tomography (CT) and/or magnetic resonance (MRI). Various clinical presentations and surgical approaches are discussed. The combine open rhinoplastry (OR) and endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) was a treatment of choice .Besides of NDSC completely excision the one stage reduction of nasal bones was performed.
