AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT FOR REFUSE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF GALVESTON § § §
This Amendment to Contract for Refuse Collection and Disposal Services is made and entered into by and between the City of Friendswood ("City"), a home rule law municipal corporation located in Galveston and Harris Counties, Texas, and IESI TX CORPORATION, a Texas corporation (“Contractor”). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into a CONTRACT FOR REFUSE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES (“Agreement”), dated October 21, 2002, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Attachment A; and WHEREAS, City and Contractor desire to amend such Agreement as set forth herein below; now therefore, For and in consideration of the mutual obligations and benefits to be derived hereunder, the Agreement is hereby amended as follows: C. Exhibit “A” of the Contract, which contains the rates and charges authorized to be levied and collected by Contractor, is hereby amended to provide as follows: See Exhibit “A” hereto, entitled “IESI TX Corporation Rate Schedule, City of Friendswood, 2009.” EXECUTED in duplicate originals this 2nd day of November, 2009.
