PROFESSIONAL / TECHNICAL PERSONNEL QUESTIONNAIRE
Responses below apply to the service areas: 1) Strategy/Vision/Planning, 2) Project Management,
3) Design/Planning, 4) Developing, 5) Testing, 6) Implementation, 7) Training, 8) On-Going Support, 9) Administration (these are broken out on the hard copy provided).

1. How do you intend to provide the resources required by this ITQ? We allocate resources weekly through a series of Monday a.m. meetings by account group. This helps us determine exactly what projects are most demanding each week and allows us to manage client expectations accordingly. We’d rather under-promise and over-deliver. Resource allocation can be modified throughout the week as client needs change – this just gives us a starting point of what to expect. Some of our IT staff have started as contract help and were eventually hired as full-time employees. 2. Identify the SP contract administrator and describe the functions that person will perform. Brian Jones is one of the two partners here. As a CPA and the operations/finance person, he will oversee the contract aspect of this agreement. Tom Dunphy is the other partner who will then head the account service aspect of your work. Others in account service and IT project management will be assigned. 3. Describe how you plan on providing additional personnel if it becomes necessary to properly staff projects. We typically staff according to client needs, and have a nice pool of freelance talent we can pull from to meet the corporations overall needs. We have grown significantly since being founded in 2000 with 16 associates, to our current total of 44 full-time associates. The staff is augmented by summer interns and contractors as necessary. 4. Describe your company's ability to uniquely address problems and issues related to the service category. Service is an area where Two Rivers Marketing Group can’t be outdone. We regularly survey our clients at the conclusion of a major project and at least quarterly to determine their Client Satisfaction Index (CSI), which we measure and track for each associate. We’re all held accountable to each other. 5. Describe your company's practices in adopting client policies and methods. Java development may not have been one of our company’s development strengths, but one client (Vermeer Manufacturing) had listed this as a requirement for their next major website application. Because they trusted us as their web developer based on previous projects, we made the commitment to train associates on this language and purchase a new Sun development server. We were awarded this contract and are currently developing this new site. The Principal Financial Group had extensive service agreement and information security questionnaire which we successfully passed in order to host certain applications for The Principal. For the following questions indicate in each area the extent of knowledge and training your company would be able to offer and whether your company would be able to provide performance with or without guidance, or could teach others.

They use this site for ordering literature, product updates, sales lead management, creating custom coop advertising, etc. Any questions and inbound tech support comes to Two Rivers Marketing Group on special lines we’ve designated for this program. b) Data development – lead generation via websites, trade shows, call centers & list purchases c) Data analysis –with the exception of web stats, regression analysis for the database/email projects we do for The Principal, statistical analysis of customer buying patterns and ROI tracking. d) Data modeling – All of our project entail some data model. Brainshark is an ASP application

Page 20

specifically for delivering online PowerPoint presentations with an audio narrator, recorded either in a studio or by telephone. f) Photogrametery and remote sensing – none g) Data collection and clean up mapping – none h) GIS / ESRI Software / Mapinfo – none i) Electronic Commerce / EDI – The eVantagePoint site we built and maintain for Ingersoll-Rand accepts major credit cards for literature purchase, fulfillment and shipping. j) Document management – Our ad builder applications for clients Rental Service Corporation and Ingersoll-Rand allows a user to use a web form to insert their specific text, select a photo and headline, then instantly publish a PDF for them to print locally or send to a publication of their choice. k) Telecommunications wide area network – none l) Biometrics – none m) Wireless networking – we utilize it ourselves in our facilities, many of our associates use at home, but we have not been asked to deploy it for any clients. n) IT staffing – limited, though we currently have a Two Rivers Marketing Group employee located on-site at John Deere Power Systems in Waterloo for a special web development project that will last 6 months. o) Graphic / web design – Our web designers are uniquely qualified because they know “what works” in each medium. Six of our associates are proficient in Flash as well as HTML applications. Their work is never cool for the sake of winning awards – it’s always optimized for usability, speed and intuitive function. p) Other – Email Marketing – We manage the broker mailing lists and opt-out tracking for the Principal Financial Group’s largest division, Retirement & Investor Services. They rely on us for developing and sending campaigns, as well as best practices consulting and new idea generation. Our email marketing capabilities deployed for this client at The Principal range from a monthly RetireWire email newsletter to this group of 11,000 known independent brokers, to other projects such as rich media emails (which play streaming video clips) sent to The Principal’s 42,000 business clients for 401(k) plans. These Principal emails can feature text personalization and the ability to make the email appear to be sent from/replies to each client’s assigned customer service agent. We also run a weekly email publication for Ingersoll-Rand distributors, eVantagePoint, which features conditional content, i.e. each recipient is classified in our database so they receive only the appropriate content sections (both photos and text). eLearning Solutions – Bobcat University is our best example of a very flexible and efficient system to create and deploy online study and testing. Bobcat Company needed an online solution to teach basic concepts and product information to its sales force before they attend Bobcat Bootcamp, a hands-on, week-long training session to new sales specialists. By having courses online, Bobcat Company is able to make Bootcamp more valuable to new salesman, and those that can’t physically attend the camp can still benefit from materials via the Web. The sales force also benefits from courses on new products before they’re launched so they’re prepared when these new products hit the market. Bobcat University courses are available on management skills, rental techniques, and teach the sales force about markets and applications that are well-suited for Bobcat equipment. Requests for new course development have skyrocketed.

Page 21

Courses now provide training for salespeople, management, and service technicians on all aspects of product knowledge and business needs. On-Demand Web Presentations – Utilizing Flash-driven ASPs such as Brainshark and Fugent, we have created and deployed several presentations for clients at the Principal Financial Group. These are delivered either in an email or a Web link. They are essentially PowerPoint presentations with recorded audio narration/music. Features allow the viewer to download attachment documents to related to the presentation, reference an online FAQ, ask questions of the presenter through an email form. Length of the presentations run from 3 minutes to half an hour, and offer a nice alternative to web conferencing since recipients can view at anytime, access content in a non-linear format using index links, when they have an Internet connection. Detailed reporting tells much about who viewed the presentation, for how long, what was the highest slide reached, etc…
