We are looking for a Sales Professional to join our Toowoomba office. Reporting to the
Toowoomba Manager, the primary focus of the Sales Executive is to maximise revenue through
selling of advertising airtime and act as an integral team member responsible for assisting in the
contribution to the achievements of the company’s strategic goals and operational objectives.

You will be responsible for the development of new business within the market by developing and
extending the relationships with current and new clients in the market.

The successful candidate will hold the following:
        At least 1-2 years as a Sales professional
        Experience in building strong relationships with a diverse customer base
        Experience in prospecting, applying sales techniques, tailoring proposals and presenting
        Advanced time management skills
        Proficiency in the ability to maintain and grow the yield in the market, and the status of
         the market/client share
        Ability to achieve revenue targets as set by the Company
        Commitment to the Company values of delivering the highest levels of customer service
         with honestly and integrity
        Full Driver’s licence and suitable vehicle for this role as the position requires frequent
        Television and Media experience is desirable

Primary Objective

The primary focus of the Sales Executive is to maximise sales revenue in the Toowoomba markets in order to
ensure targets are met.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The responsibilities/duties and key result areas include, but are not limited to the following:
    Development of new business within the market.
    Development and extension of relationships with current and new clients in the market.
    To work as a positive and professional representative of the Company whilst performing your duties.
    Attendance at weekly sales meetings as directed by your Manager.
    Ensure you maintain a customer focused approach at all times.
    Attainment of monthly revenue targets.
    Attendance at Company directed training sessions
    Open and honest communication with your manager on all issues that may affect branch performance.
    Liaise with the Accounts Department and Clients regarding the payment of Clients accounts to avoid
     accounts becoming overdue. In the event that accounts do become overdue be proactive in ensuring clients
     pay their accounts within company guidelines.
    Ensure compliance to the WIN Employee Handbook, Sales and Traffic Manual, and other applicable policies
     and procedures.
    Provision of a high level of customer service to clients to ensure that the high standards of Company Sales
     are maintained.
    Must hold current drivers license in order to complete the requirements of the role.

Key performance indicators of this role include:
    The provision of a high level of customer service to clients, measured through market feedback and client
     specific feedback
    The achievement of revenue targets as set by the company.
    The ability to maintain and grow the yield in the market, and the status of market/ Client share.
    The maintenance of debtors within your control.
    The maintenance and improvement of market share.
