Have secured the exclusive rights to sell and market products from 5 of the leading Danish Design manufacturers on the French market. The company has established a customer base of around 220 Design and Lifestyle shops from zero since the beginning in December 2003.

Primary Business contacts were Country Delivery organizations in all of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and IT-Management (CIO level) of end customers as well as Engagement Teams and General Managers of other Business Units. The Centre was managed as a Business Unit with full Budget and General Management responsibility. Originally on a temporary assignment to Sophia Antipolis to manage the Centre through termination. Managed to turn the unit around from an Under Recovery (cost) of $640 in CY2000 to a forecasted Over Recovery (cost) of $720K CY2002.The Centre was since the Summer of 2001 considered an integral part of the Central Delivery Strategy. Major Achievements: 7 consecutive quarters of better than expected results 4 consecutive price reductions to the Business Managers in support of Margin improvement Succesfully restructured the delivery unit

Royal Danish Navy General Management of the Electronics Engineering Team onboard the Danish Frigates, Peter Tordenskiold and Olfert Fischer. Responsible for maintenance and functionality of all onboard electronic equipment, like sensors, communications and IT. Advisor to the Commanding Officer and Operations Officer on Electronic Warfare. Service was focused around international operations, participating in the largest standing naval force STANAVFORLANT of NATO. Participation in live United Nations operations in the Persian Gulf (Iraq) and the Adriatic (Former Yugoslavia). Part of the Frigate’s armed Boarding Team investigating and reporting any illegal traffic into restricted countries. Had the role of Welfare Officer, arranging social activities for the crew during Rest and Relaxation periods at sea or in port.
