 Technology in Literacy Education
 (TILE) is an online series of 12
 programs that provides instruction
 in reading methods with natural
 integration of technology in
 secondary school content
 classrooms.
 The video “drives” the content of the
 modules. Each TILE video is 13 – 23
 minutes, and includes narration,
 classroom examples, student and
 teacher voices, and instruction from
 experts in the field. The Web pages are
 designed to complement the material
 in the video.
 The program was initially funded with
  assistance by the US Department of
  Education.
 These Web pages do not necessarily
  represent the policy of the Department of
  Education or imply endorsement by the
  Federal Government.
