  discuss what they have discovered from
  employees, as well as clients.
 Check your egos at the door when entering the
  pilot meeting, bring in your critical thinking
  skills.
 Technical writers will have copies of new
  documents to be reviewed.
 Share copies with employees for feedback.
  Some clients will be sent copies for feedback
  also.

         Overcoming Obstacles
• Keep in mind obstacles will arise.
• Continue to assess, and communicate with all
  staff.
• If you encounter resistance communicate with
  the employee as to why, they may have an
  answer to a problem, or feel out of the loop.
• Implementing takes time and needs to evolve so
  allow it to.
• Continue to assess your attitude, this shows
  employees sincerity and builds trust.
