208. Township of Hillsborough, Ordinance 2002-29 authorizing
the acquisition of certain lands (block 175, lot 34) from the
County of Somerset to be utilized for Recreational Purposes
through the execution of a 50 year lease agreement with the
option for an additional 25 years.
209. Township of Warren, Resolution 2002-251, authorizing the
Township’s execution of the County of Somerset/Municipal
Open Space Partnership Grant Agreement.
210. Borough of Watchung, Resolutions:
a. R5:9/26/02, supporting and endorsing the NJDOT I-
78/Diamond Hill Road Transportation Improvement Project.
b. R14:9/20/06, authorizing execution of the Interlocal
Agreement with Somerset County for the Video Arraignment
Project.
211. Borough of Watchung, Public Notice of a Special Meeting
of the Watchung Planning Board to discuss the Progress
Report and Work Session on the Weldon Quarry Area
Redevelopment/Reuse Study on October 22, 2002 at 7:45 PM

104 condemning decision of Federal Appeals Court declaring
the Pledge of Allegiance unconstitutional because the Phrase
"One Nation Under God" violates the separation of Church and
State and urging reversal.

Grant Funds Available to all Counties for Continuation of Tire
Collection Programs.
