  Department is Chief James Roop
who has served as the Chief for the
  past 15 years. Also representing
the Haymarket Police Department is
       Officer Warren Houde.


   Representing Stephens City VA
 Police Department is Chief Charles
Bockey. Chief Bockey has served in
  law enforcement for 27 years to
include 12 years with Stephens City
and has served as Chief of the Town
of Stephens City for the past 4 years

    Representing the Department of
    Homeland Security is The Mount
      Weather Police Department.

Leading American Legion Post 1799 is
the Civil Air Patrol, Prince William
Composite Squadron, Virginia Wing
color guard. Their missions include
emergency services (including airborne
search and rescue), aerospace
education, and a cadet program that
provides discipline, citizenship,
leadership and an introduction to military
customs and courtesies to young people
ages twelve through seventeen. Today’s
color guard is comprised of the following

American Legion Post 1799 is based in
Haymarket Virginia and services the
greater Haymarket-Gainesville
communities with 106 members.The
American Legion was chartered by
Congress in 1919 as a patriotic, mutual
help and community service
organization. It has a worldwide
membership of 2.8 million. The
Department of Virginia comprises 214
posts divided into 17 districts. Currently
they have over 59,000 members. The
Department Headquarters office is
located in Richmond, VA.
Haymarket's American Legion Post is
commanded by Susan Karnecki. Also

Troop. They do lots of hiking &
backpacking, most recently at
Philmont, New Mexico for 10 days.

Robert G. "Bob" Marshall is the
Republican delegate from the
13th District which
encompasses Western Prince
William County as well as

County. Delegate Marshall is
proud to have served the
citizens of his district in the
Virginia House of Delegates
since 1991
Corey A. Stewart is Chairman at-
large of the Prince William Board of
County Supervisors. He is elected
county-wide by the Prince William's
400,000 citizens of Prince William
County and has served in that role
since 2006.

Chairman Stewart leads the
County's Economic Development
Task Force, taking Prince William
County to record heights of
achievement. Prince William has
now been named the #1 county for
job growth in Virginia, and #2 on the
East Coast.

The UniStars Unicycling
showtroupe is based in
Warrenton, VA. Riding
unicycles from 2 feet to 6 feet
tall, the troupe performs in
many local parades and
festivals including the National
Cherry Blossom Festival Parade
in Washington DC, and at the

Marching Bobcats. The marching
Bobcats are in there 7th year of
performing for the community and
the school. The band is under the
student leadership of Jon Lash and

Honor Band every year of there
existence.

FALL is a non-profit organization
that represents the struggles

The Nokesville Horse Society is a
member of THE NORTHERN
VIRGINIA COALETION OF
EQUESTREAN ORGANIZATION,
and was instrumental in creation of

Horse Society has assisted with

projects at Conway Robinson

Haymarket Baptist Preschool
and Kindergarten has kicked off

The Mosby Players are a group of
living historians that live in and
around the area named the Mosby
Heritage Area and are dedicated to
preserving the area's extraordinary
history through first person
interpretations and vignettes during

time; providing entertainment while

Equestrian Center is located here in
Gainesville on Pageland Lane and

KENA Shrine is one of 191 Shrines
located throughout North America
dedicated to supporting 19
orthopedic Shrine Hospitals that
provide free specialized medical
and rehabilitation services to
children and adolescents, newborn
to 18 years, who have problems
with the bones, joints, or muscles,
or who have suffered a spinal cord
injury. Shriners also operate three
Burns Institutes to help children
who have been seriously burned or
children needing reconstructive
surgery and rehabilitation as a
result of burn injuries. Shriners
Hospitals are funded through
donations, bequests from Shriners
and non-Shriners, fundraising
events, income from an
endowment, and an annual
assessment paid by every Shriner.
KENA directly supports the
Philadelphia Unit of the Shriners
Hospitals, which opened a new
modern facility several years ago
that is co-located with the Temple
University Children’s Hospital.
Shriners love to have fun and
participate in many parades and
local community activities, but they

This is Spotlight Dance Company,
and they are celebrating 40 years of
dancing in Prince William County.
They are located in Manassas and
are under the direction of Bonnie
Baggan, Lisa Hayes, and Jennifer
Timbers.



The Mountain Kim Martial arts
center is established in 1973 in
Virginia and provides world-
class teaching and training in
Korean Martial arts emphasizing
respect,health and fitness.
We have regular martial arts
lessons, before and after
school,the best summer camp
and birthday party.
We are located in Gainesville in
shoppers shopping center.
The Dominion Woman's Club is
comprised of women, 18 and
older, dedicated to community
service in Prince William and
Fauquier Counties. The club
helps strengthen our local,
state, national and
international communities by
"bridging the gaps" in those
communities. The Dominion
Woman's Club is a member of
the General Federation of
Women's Clubs, one of the
world's largest and oldest
volunteer community service
organizations.




"Welcome Cub Scout Pack 30 from
Tyler Elementary School. There
are about 45 active Cub Scouts
who are active members of our
community and believe that
Scouting should "be fun with a
purpose." This year is very special
to them as the scouts are
celebrating the 100th birthday of
Boy Scouts in America throughout
2010. They are led by their
Cubmaster Matt Gallagher along
with several of the adult volunteers
who work regularly with the boys."


Megan Lawless - Megan Lawless is
the current Miss Virginia
Sweetheart 2010. She won her title
in April with the American Coed
Pageants held in Williamsburg, VA.
Megan resides right here in our
hometown of Haymarket, VA. She

Cannons Softball has members
from two of its three teams with us
today-Good luck to the young 10U
players who are played their first fall
game last weekend. The 14U
players are riding high after a spring
season winning or placing second
in 6 out of 7 tournaments last
season-congratulations to all the
ladies who will play Cannons
Softball this year!

"The lovely Angela Knight is a
soprano with the Washington
Nation Opera. She lives and
provides vocal instruction right here
in Haymarket. This year, Angela's
annual Christmas program is aptly
named "Christmas Around the
World." It will be a lavish show with
music, costumes, dance and
surprises being held at Battlefield
High School on December

Here we have the Buckland Mills
Elementary School Pack 42 Cub
Scouts. A 4-year old Pack with
about 50 members and still growing
strong. Marching today we have
the Cub Master, Pack Committee,
Tiger, Wolf, Bear Cubs and
Webelos all grades 1 through 5 at
Buckland Mills Elementary School.
The Pack enjoys indoor and
outdoor activity to build qualities of
moral strength and character to
develop fitness and to train in the
responsibilitires of active
citizenship. Go Pack 42!
The Osbourn Park High School
Navy Junior ROTC in its 18th year
of dedicated community service and
teaching the values of patriotism
and citizenship. The unit is lead by
Cadet Commander Sarah Griffin,
Cadet Commander Mattew
Stannard, and Cadet Master Chief
Tyler Mankin. The unit’s Naval
Science Instructors are
Commander James Ogawa and
Captain James Porter. Osbourn
Park’s Navy Junior ROTC unit also
includes students from two other
local high schools; Osbourn High
School and Manassas Park High
School…

Club is made up of former and
current law enforcement officers
who also share a passion for
motorcycles. The club gets
together for charity rides and
community events

“B”. The tractor was completely
restored in 1997 by Ed Bailey of
Warrenton, VA. I purchased the
