Dear Mr Williams:

Thank you for the opportunity to submit our business proposition for the CARIFORUM Business Mission to the EU.

J. P. Marshall Associates Inc. is the leading Managed Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Barbados and the Eastern
Caribbean. To date we have accomplished milestones in the Microsoft space that have not been achieved by any
other IT Firm in the Eastern Caribbean. We have successfully delivered projects in 15+ Counties. Our team of
professionals are 100% Microsoft Certified, thus ensuring credibility and competence in delivery and execution of
services.

Our core focus is Professional IT Consulting, design, implementation and support services based on industry
standards and best practices. Remote Offshore outsourced IT Services are seen as a key offering to clients and
partners in the EU Geospace.

Microsoft has already begun introductions between ourselves and partners in the UK for synergistic efforts with
ISV’s and others in the UK and EU. We have been approached by the Jumeirah Group from Dubai for the
Hospitality Vertical for delivery of IT Project Management and Consulting on some of their 60 global development
initiatives including the EU. Multinational Entities with outsourcing requirements could also benefit from our
proposition.

Our team also includes Barbadian Professionals who have lived and worked in North America, the UK and Italy and
thus further strengthens our ability engage in business relationships outside of CARICOM.
