Business name: Playmakers! Theatre School. Type of business: Theatre and Performance training for young people. Survey objectives: 1) Awareness of positive/negative aspects of the program 2) Ways to improve the program 3) Price sensitivity of customers 4) How we rank against the competition 5) How they found out about the program (what advertising methods are working- what’s the main one) Target group: 1) Our first priority would be the parents of the students as they ultimately control the child’s access to the program, and must believe that the curriculum is beneficial to their children 2) Less frequent surveys will be administered to older students in the program (14-22) for feedback on class structure, likes/dislikes, suggestions Delivery method: Mail (survey will be attached to enrolment documents, fundraising reports, and other forms that must be returned to our office. This encourages survey returns).
