CLASSROOM PROJECTS
Great for artistic, creative people who enjoy arts and crafts and have time to work from home. Unlike many others, this Team requires to start working almost immediately. Each classroom will create a project of their choice. Because class time is limited, in most cases students’ art/work may be brought home where the project will be assembled (depending upon the project). Responsibilities include coordinating classtime with teachers, collecting materials needed for the project of choice, completing the project on own time and delivering the project on the afternoon of the event.

Responsible for baking, soliciting for or coordinating the baking of desserts for the event and preparing them for individual servings. Some members will be working PRIOR to the event by making or soliticing for desserts. Others will work the day of the event to deliver the desserts. This is a very small team of 3-4. Members will be working closely together to ensure that all food service staff is trained under same guidelines. This team will be preparing and selling homemade dipping sauces for the crab at the beginning of food service. KITCHEN MANAGEMENT
A catering company has been hired to provide the food for the event and will be providing 5 chefs. However, a liaison between the food servers and the chefs is needed. This small team will be responsible for ensuring the food coming from the chefs is efficiently and quickly brought out to the guests. Requires working in fast-paced kitchen throughout the food service Requires a take-charge person who can work with high school students & keep them motivated and focused. You will work just prior to and durning the dinner service, however you will be "free" for the rest of the evening!
