• Watch Children Play • Watch Senior Citizens Play • We Mainly Observed ourselves play as a group And • Did a Content Analysis of All Nintendo Wii’s games and broke them into rating categories to see who they were marketing games to
The Buzz on the Internet
• People Using the Wii to develop new applications • How this new style of gaming allows people to interact in a 3D world • How other gaming platforms are following the Nintendo Wii’s lead (Insert Logos from Xbox, PS3, anything I am forgetting besides Nintendo)
New Types of Gaming
• Wii Fit • Bowling/Tennis & other types of Athletic Games • Go Diego Go- for pre-schoolers
Wii’s New Demographic Part 1
• Older people in their 40s, 50s and up (Insert pic of seniors)
New Demographics Part 2
• Young children, 2-3 year olds (Insert pictures of pre-school age kids, and maybe pictures of kids market icons like Diego, Nickelodeon, Dora, Spongebob, Thomas the Train)
New Demographic Part 3
• Women of all ages (Which is a huge landmark) women have been steadily increasing, but nothing ever marketed them directly • Any and All Gamers alike ((Insert pics of women in exercise outfits)
