Damages from Construction of Pipeline. If the parties shall fail to agree on the amount of damage within thirty days after completion of the construction of the pipe line, the parties agree that the differences shall be submitted to a board of appraisers, one to be selected by each of the parties, and the third by the two thus selected, who shall appraise, not arbitrate, any and all damages resulting to the property or improvements on the property by virtue of the construction of the pipe line, exclusive of the actual value of the land occupied by the pipe, and the parties agree to be bound by the appraisement, and _________ shall, within thirty days after the appraisement, pay the amount of the appraisement to _________.
