BURBANK, May 21, 2007. . . Disney Channel announced today that Frank Keating
has joined the network as Vice President, Marketing as well as the executive
promotions of Ron Pomerantz to Vice President, Creative Director and Veronica
Davidson to Vice President, On-Air Promotion, Production.

Keating, Pomerantz and Davidson report to Richard Loomis, Senior Vice President,
Marketing and Creative, Disney Channel U.S.

Frank Keating joins Disney Channel as Vice President, Marketing where he is
responsible for all off-channel marketing initiatives for Disney Channel, Playhouse
Disney, Toon Disney and Jetix brands. Keating recently oversaw off-channel
marketing programs for the launches of the highly anticipated upcoming original
movie, "High School Musical 2" and the new Playhouse Disney series, "My Friends
Tigger & Pooh," each with a comprehensive print, cable, radio, online and
promotional tie-in marketing campaign. The "High School Musical 2" marketing
launch includes national tie-in promotions with Netflix, the YMCA and a summer
reading program in school libraries across the country.

Prior to joining Disney Channel, Keating was Vice President, Marketing at Warner
Bros. Worldwide Television, Inc. where he was responsible for developing marketing
and brand strategies, and cross-divisional marketing programs for Warner Bros.
and Kids WB's animated television series and direct-to-video products.

Award-winning creative director Ron Pomerantz has been promoted to Vice
President, Creative Director Disney Channel, Playhouse Disney and ABC Kids. He
was most recently Executive Creative Director, Disney Channel. In his new role, he
is responsible for the creative direction of all on-air promotion and branding.
Pomerantz recently oversaw the re-launch of Disney Channel and Playhouse
Disney's new on-air looks as well as the launch of the hit Disney Channel series
"Cory in the House" and the network's highest rated DCOM to date, "Jump In!"

Prior to joining the network last year, Pomerantz served as Executive Director,
Creative, SOAPnet where he was responsible for on-air marketing and brand
identity encompassing all on-air promotion and series main titles including "Soap
Talk," for which he was nominated for an Emmy Award. He led the channel's
successful 2002 re-launch, earning several awards including the Promax Gold

Award, the Cable Television Marketing Association's (CTAM) Mark Award and the
Cable Television Public Affairs Association's (CTPAA) Beacon Award.

Veronica Davidson has been promoted to Vice President, On-Air Promotion,
Production where she oversees all on-air and graphic promotional material
produced for Disney Channel, Playhouse Disney, Toon Disney and Jetix. Davidson
oversees the communication and distribution of all promotional materials for the
different platforms worldwide and developed, implemented and manages the global
asset site. Davidson’s responsibilities include the strategic promotional planning of
launches and other promotional initiatives for Disney Channel and Playhouse Disney
and most recently oversaw the relaunch of both Playhouse Disney and Disney
Channel. Prior to her promotion, she served as Executive Director, On-Air
Promotion, Production.
