Dear Friends, Jetnet an enterprise of Smarttalk netcom pvt. ltd. which is an ISO certified company and is successfully running its franchise network nationwide with its more than 300 franchise partners from last 8 years and now wants to get amassed with new partners at new places to setup franchisee centres in the field of hardware and networking . So it invites such proficient people, entrepreneurs who can be the part of our organization and can set a niche in the business world by running Jetnet's job oriented courses. As we all know that in India every year there are vacancies for approximately 20 lakh people in the organized sector of private/public sector. According to Nasscom, the IT, ITES, sector will reach US $ 23 billion mark in year 08-09 and according to MAIT young and Ernst & Young study, 2003, the requirement for computer hardware & Networking professionals will reach 2.5 million by year 2010 but because of lack of communication skills and due to lack of practical training 60-70% people are made aloof from jobs. In the present epoch of time, millions of candidates are passing out Hardware & Networking course from different institutes but because of poor communication skills they do not get good job. The foremost reason that the candidate can't get job is that 70% of the population of India dwells in villages and because they don't get the environment where they can speak English so most of the people can't speak fluently in English. Another reason is that there are a imperfect training pattern in which a candidate do not get practical exposure . In today's scenario communication skills, soft skills and CRM is also the principal demand of IT industries with the technical skills. At jetnet we prepared a course in which student will learn hardware & networking complete concept with strong foundation of communication skills. So this is the moral duty of all new entrepreneurs that we must provide an aid to our country to become a developed nation which can only be done if the entrepreneurs working in the education field contribute their best efforts by making all the candidates outfitted with the required skills. JETNET is going to open its branches in all the districts and divisions of India so as to train the youth of all the districts and divisions for jobs to make our country as a "Developed India". “Prerequisite” to take the Franchisee Centre
Eligibility The person who wants to take the franchise centre should be educated and able to handle the center effectively. Infrastructure There should be at least 900-1200 square feet area for operating a center (one class room,3 Labs, one counseling room, reception area, waiting room) Computers There should be at least 6-10computers in the center Minimum population The Population should not be less than 30 Thousand, at the proposed Location. Human Resource The Person should have the capability to select the suitable staff for marketing, training, and counseling. The initial training to the selected staff will be provided by the company at its head office. Selection of the staff is the sole responsibility of the Franchisee. Royalty The Head office will charge the royalty @ 20% of total collection. Financial Status The person or company should be financially sound. Renewal charges @ 15000/ annually

1st you can give us a direct application to get authorization of centre. You can log on to our website that is www.smarttalk.in and can download the application form. You may fill the form and send it back to us. As soon as we will get your application form our representative will approach you at your centre. 2nd If our representative has come to meet you at your work station then you may understand the entire concept and after getting satisfied you can proceed according to the guidelines given by JETNET'S representative.

EYEDIA TECHNOLOGIES 1. Fill application form and send it to HO with a draft of Rs. 5,000/- as a site inspection fee. 2. Company personals will visit the location and will decide about the finalization of deal. Agreement can be done only after the team's satisfaction. 3. Agreement with Jetnet after all types of mutual understandings. 4. Company will issue a welcome kit after agreement. 5. Franchisee will develop the infrastructure with all labs, computers and all other equipments. EXCEL CALLNET PEGASUS 6. Franchisee will appoint staff as per the guidelines of HO. If franchisee wants to hire the faculty from HO than franchisee will give written request to HO. 7. After appointment of the staff Franchisee will do the branding of Jetnet in the local area as well as in the surrounding area . 8. Inner branding like posters, glow sign and outer branding like wall paintings, posters banners etc. are the necessary activities before site inspection . Netambit 9. Training of staff will be done at HO Chandigarh only. 10. Preparation of inauguration/seminar of the centre as per the guidelines of HO.
