Lightly spiced parsnip soup with fresh bread (v) Scottish smoked salmon on a bed of rocket with horseradish crème fraiche Goat’s cheese, pepper & sundried tomato tart with pesto dressing (v) Pork and apricot terrine with a red onion marmalade and mixed leaves Prawn & crayfish cocktail with homemade Marie Rose sauce & fresh bread
Mains
Traditionally cooked roast turkey with all the trimmings Pan fried fillet of sea bass with sauce Dugléré Slow cooked venison casserole with stilton dumplings Pan fried fillet of pork with roast shallots, caramelised apple and Calvados sauce Roasted butternut squash with red pepper courgette, cherry tomatoes topped with goat’s cheese (v)

Traditional Christmas pudding, with brandy sauce Zesty lemon tart with vanilla ice cream Traditional bread and butter pudding with custard Brandy snap basket filled with winter berries and vanilla ice cream Cheese board with grapes celery and winter chutney (£2 supplement)
