Sau Miguel A Portugese cheese from Sau Miguel Azores. This is a hard cheese
with a slightly crumbly texture, sweet with a hint of stone fruit and a piquant finish.           18

Cropwell Bishop Shropshire Blue A natural crusty rind blue cheese distinguished                   18
by its dramatic orange colouring which comes from Annatto, a natural plant extract
from South America. Made identically to Stilton apart from the addition of Annatto
which adds a slight bitterness to the final flavour, a balance to the richness of the
cheese and the sweetness of the blue.

Ocelli Testun Al Barolo This cows and goats milk cheese, is known                                 16
as Formaggio Urbriaco or “Drunken Cheese”. The Italian cheese is matured
in cellar barrels containing the grape skins of Barolo wine. A distinctive
flavour results as the marinade gradually penetrates the rind.

Mauri Taleggio This smear-surface-ripened cheese is from the Northern Lombardy                    16
region of Italy. Made from cows milk, with a light golden colour, its flavour, when ripe
is said to be emphatic and its aroma hearty and pungent.

Lincet Brillat Savarin This triple cream cheese was created in the 1930’s and named               16
after a famous French Epicurean and gastronomist. This luscious cheese has a milky aroma
with faintly lemon sour tones and a velvety texture. The flavour is sweet and creamy
which is most addicting and with age becomes even more buttery and decadent.
