Ⅱ.Teaching Objective
1. To understand the materials listened .esp difficult sentences. 2. To master how to catch the main idea of the related materials. 3. To practice role-playing on related materials. 4. To expand the Ss’ knowledge about the dangers of losing weight.

Ⅲ.Teaching Procedures Step One: Listen to This☺

1. Ask the students to get the needed information; 2. Train the students’ abilities in understanding the main idea of the materials, not just pay attention to the exercises. 3. Learn to catch the key points of the chart. (III) Consolidation (i) Difficult Sentences 1. They have holes in them now. 2. There’s not enough movement, not enough action, not enough to do. 3. If no, please tell us the reason. 4) Topic for discussion: what’s your opinion on losing weight? 2.Role Play : →Let the students watch the short play again and do some note-taking, and then ask some students to play the roles. 3. Debate →Divide the whole class into two parts and debate with each other on losing weight.
