Prime Objective:
To create documentation, maintain records, implement ISO
9001:2008 QMS and BRC, manage the certification process for
the     various     SFS    business     units.    Facilitate
interdepartmental communication in regards to the QMS
implementation. Maintain External\Certification body audit\
re-audit schedule. Create and implement audit schedule and
conduct internal QMS audits.
Assist in QMS, BRC and Food Safety Document control
Create Training materials and provide QMS and Food Safety
Maintain   ISO   related  NCR  summary,   and  oversee    the
operational NCR process.
Key Tasks:
Implement and Maintain ISO 9001:2008 based QMS System and
BRC Food Safety Management System for different SFS
business units:

     Review current QMS documents
     Achieve certification for newly created business units
      and maintain certification status for the business
      units that are already certified
     Maintain QMS and FSMS related records
     Create Internal Audit Schedule and conduct Internal
     Conduct Internal QMS and Food Safety Training
     Assist in the Certification process for other QMS and
      FSMS implementation ( BRC, ISO 22000)
     Create Document control system for the existing QMS
      and food safety documents and forms , and create new
      documents and forms as required.
     Create Training materials for QMS and FSMS training
      and provide training for SFS employees.
     Maintain NCR summary for the business units in the
      scope of the ISO 9001 and BRC certification.

     Oversee operational NCR reporting and Corrective
      action implementation for the different Operations
     Ensure the development of the quality culture on site
      to increase employee awareness to factors that may
      compromise food safety;
     Provide technical guidance and support on quality
      issues, product specification and non-conformances to
      QA Staff, DGMs and CPD Staff.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

   Bachelor’s \ College Degree , Food Technology,
     Chemistry, Biotechnology
   A strong understanding of Quality Management Systems,
     Formal training as an Third Party\Internal ISO
     9001\ISO 22000\BRC\GFSI auditor is a prerequisite
   Prior experience with implementation and maintenance
     of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems
   3 years experience in QMS related positions in the
     Food industry
   Fluent in written and spoken English;
   Strong attention to detail;
   Experience working with people at all levels of the
   Experienced PC user familiar with MS Word, MS Excel
     and MS Outlook.

   Formal ISO 9001\ISO 22000 \BRC Third Party Auditor
   Strong Computer skills \ Publishing Programs
