Dangerous uncharted seas....sea of desire...murky waters...since earliest times The Sea has been a favorite
symbol used to express every sort of emotion from joy to turmoil. But our favorites are the metaphors of
newness and adventure. Beyond the sea...Under the sea....these are words that hint at exciting
possibilities....A Sea of Possibilities.

The 2011 Offshore Technology Conference Annual Dinner pays homage to the mystery and romance and
adventure of the high seas as well as honor an organization that is at the forefront of protecting the sea
closest to our minds here in Houston....The Gulf of Mexico Foundation.
