A. Journal for reflection that asks the therapist to identify how their morals impacted the decision they make on the job, and to illustrate with an example as relates to their work experience. A. Therapists will create a matrix that identifies ethical dilemmas within each scenario they complete according to the perspective in which they explore the scenario. A. After therapists watch the initial vignette, ask them to formulate an opinion about why the situation unfolded as it did, and how they would handle the situation. B. After completing the learning activity, therapist will write a reflection describing from each perspective: the model of decision making they chose and why how their morals impacted the decision they made within the context of the learning activity C. Feedback from program about the effects of the decisions the PTs made throughout the scenarios will be made available. This will be documented in text format for the PTs to refer to at any point during the program while they are completing the other learning activities.

Determine the realm, individual process, and ethical situation based upon the obligations that a PT must address when faced with an ethical dilemma through various perspectives of individuals involved in a given scenario.

1. Scenario will be presented (based upon theme or case study) that emerges the learner into the midst of a situation, presenting the context as a whole. 2. Learner will then be able to choose a role to play as a character and will be able to make decisions that affect the context of the learning environment. 3. As learner completes the learning scenario, information begins to unfold about that character and their perspective that was not originally introduced in the beginning vignette. 4. As the learner navigates through the various “moments” presented where they have to make an ethical decision, they manipulate the story’s end.
