All program fees must be payable before or upon registration to ‘C.M. Management (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd.’. CMM reserves the right to postpone or cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to inform registered participants of these. Program fees will: - be charged 100% if no written notice of cancellation is received by CMM or if participant fails to attend the program. - be charged 50% if notice of cancellation is received by CMM less than seven (7) days before the program commences CMM seven (7) or more days before the program commences.

Introduction
Have you ever been in the position of solving a problem only to stop and ask yourself or your team members. “Didn’t we solve this problem last year? Why are we still working on the same problem again? “ If this has happened to you, you know how frustrating it can be, putting time and effort into the same problem over and over again. Having good intentions does not always mean problems get solved. Things could go wrong in the process of solving problem and making decision. Thus, this program presents you with a systematic approach to problem solving and decision making.

FANG TZE CHIANG Fang Tze Chiang is a graduate from Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia, with a Master’s Degree in Policy Sciences. He is an accredited trainer and assessor with an internationally recognized Australian Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and a Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems. For the last 5 years, Fang worked with Centre for Modern Management (CMM) as the Manager in charge in Research and Program Development before joining CMM, Fang worked in the Government sector for 20 years in various capacities throughout the State of Sarawak. Fang is a registered and approved trainer for CMM. He specialize in facilitating training programs in areas of core competencies and Train the Trainers Program. His vast and extensive working experience provides him with a wide frame of reference to relate training to workplace realities.
