He is an accredited trainer and assessor with an internationally recognized Australian Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and a Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems. For the last 5 years, Fang worked with Centre for Modern Management (CMM) as the Manager in charge in Research and Program Development before joining CMM, Fang worked in the Government sector for 20 years in various capacities throughout the State of Sarawak. Fang is a registered and approved trainer for CMM. He specialize in facilitating training programs in areas of core competencies and Train the Trainers Program. His vast and extensive working experience provides him with a wide frame of reference to relate training to workplace realities.
