Speaker Profile
Mr Oliver Lo The workshop leader is a dynamic speaker with over 20 years' practical platform training experience in supervisory and management development programs, sales, sales management, product marketing, presentation skills, customer service, problem solving and negotiation skills. Also, he had coached "Distinguished Salesman Award" awardees in preparing successfully for the contest. Prior to his dedication to the training field, he has held senior positions in multi-national marketing/manufacturing groups and some giant corporations. In these capacities, he has extensive experience in marketing and product management, conference organization, sales promotion, account servicing, staff training and supervision. He then devoted his efforts to training and development activities in a well established service-oriented organization with over 2,300 employees. Oliver has trained many sales related programs in Great China region. Clients included RICOH, CGU, PCCW, Wacker Chemical, Roche, Henkel. Mr Lo has received formal trainer's training in Germany and Hong Kong. He obtained Diploma In Training Management from CUHK in early 1990’s. He currently holds membership of the Institute of Training And Development (U.K.), American Society for Training And Development, the Hong Kong Society for Training And Development, the Hong Kong Institute of Personnel Management, and the Hong Kong Institute of Marketing.
