BANQUET ROOM EVENT REQUIREMENTS
RESERVATION FEE
A non-refundable reservation fee of $100.00 must be paid at the time of booking of the event. All reservation fees will be credited to your nal bill.
HALL RENTAL FEE
A $150.00 hall rental fee will be charged based on a four hour event. Unless prior arrangements are made, any event lasting more than four hours is billed at $60.00 per hour. Decorations must be approved by Mound Grove Golf Course before use.
CANCELLATIONS
A nal guest count is due two weeks prior to the date of the event. Any event cancelled two weeks or less from the scheduled date of the event will not be refunded the reservation fee and the guarantor will be billed for 50% of food associated costs. Any cancellation prior to the two week deadline forfeits the reservation fee.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the close of the event. The nal bill for the food and beverages will be based upon the agreed number of guests unless the actual number of guests exceed the agreed upon nal count. In this case, the actual count will be used to determine the nal bill.

GOLF EVENT REQUIREMENTS RESERVATION FEE

FINAL COUNT AND TEE TIMES
The nal count for tee-times is required no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled event. If tee-times are available, then the count can exceed the original estimate.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION All alcohol will be purchased at Mound Grove Golf Course in accordance to the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board Rules and Regulations. A beverage cart to circulate the course is available upon request. Also, a food and beverage tent can be provided on the turn if requested.
