14) To convert the ranks to people,
place the mouse arrow exactly
between the ‘Measures’ block and the
rank block (highlighted in gray here).
Right Click when the block changes
color and then Left Click on ‘Expand’
              You now have 2 columns, 1 with
              names and the other with numbers.



 To delete the ranks, as before, move the cursor
between the ‘Measures’ block and the rank block
 (highlighted in gray here). Right click when the
  block changes color and left click on ‘delete’.
To hide the total flight hours
Right Click over the ‘Flight
Hours Career’ block and then
Left Click on ‘Hide Selection’.
This can be done to any
column.

To export these values to another format, click on the symbol that looks
like a paper and then click on your selection

This is an example of the output from choosing ‘export
CSV’. This data can then be manipulated in an Excel
spreadsheet if desired.

To change when the blocks turn red,
yellow or green highlight the range of cells
you want to change and select
‘Conditional Formatting’ under the ‘Format’
menu
This page will come up. Set your limits and even change the colors
if you like by clicking on the different fields.
You can have 2 different
tabs, one for pilots and the
other for aircrew.
This is the aircrew page.
Eventually over time you could set up your data to graph
and determine trends over a period of time using Excel.
  To edit within

click on ‘edit’ for
  each category
 and change as
necessary. After
you’ve made the
changes, create
     another
‘bookmark’ and
  save it in your
 favorites and it
  will save your
 edits for future
     log-ins.
