Pat's Pampered Pets' mission is to take the best possible care of your pet, property and interests. Every effort will be made to keep them safe and happy. Please state any behavioral or health difficulties that may affect their welfare under our care, for example, fights, digging holes under fences, snappy at joggers etc. Note: Females in season will not be walked.
Unforeseen Circumstances
There may be circumstances where a Pat’s Pampered Pets Carer is required to make decisions regarding your pet, for its own well-being. These circumstances may be, but are not limited to, the need to take your pet to a vet (every effort will be made to contact your veterinarian, if that is not possible, Pats Pampered Pets will engage the veterinarian in their opinion can best meet the medical needs of your pet), employ a locksmith to enable access to your property or retrieve and return your pet which is at large. You accept that Pat’s Pampered Pets has the right to determine when these services are necessary in your absence and to invoice you to cover any expenses incurred.
Booking Cancellations
Any bookings cancelled with… Less than 2 days notice from start date money forfeited for first two days of booking. Credit* or refund for remaining days. 2 or more days notice from start date ……credit* or refund given less $20 admin fee. *Credits are redeemable within 6 months on any Services.
Booking Date Changes
Any money that has been paid for dates rescheduled with less than 2 days notice will be forfeited. Any new dates added to the booking will be charged accordingly. Date changes with more than 2 days notice can be made readily, as required, subject to availability.
Please note: the above scenarios are based on 2 days notice being Today and Tomorrow. Date change example - Say you arrive home 3 days earlier than planned and cancel our services for the last 3 days of the booking. Once you notify us, you will forfeit the money paid for the next 2 days of pet care, and the money you have paid for the third day of pet care will remain as credit for future bookings within 6 months, or refunded.
