Organizing a Team…
• Need 1-2 key “Team Captains” within the company that are leaders and can organize others in this effort • These key Team Captains in turn recruit other leaders (ideally, one from each department) to continue fanning out and recruiting members for your team • We provide materials, “how to” kits, kickoff rallies where your Team Captains can meet other Team Captains and share ideas, & ongoing support & communication from our staff & volunteer leadership team
