We are very excited to be taking our Christmas displays down and will have several new product lines up at the end of this month and into the beginning of February. The HOA can only pay its bills when the homeowners living in the subdivision and the builders/ investors who own lots in the subdivision pay their dues. The HOA has steadfastly attempted to collect the dues and the past due amounts continue to grow. We have pursued collection and have even liened some properties. That process is costly and unnecessary. As noted in the last newsletter, the HOA will begin publishing names of the late payers.
