Edging Lawn mowing Hide garbage cans Hide construction, lawn maintenance, sports equipment, etc. Remove weeds from planters, sidewalks, and driveways. Remove trailers from front yards Indoor furniture (such as sofas and chairs) removed from the yard or hidden from the street. Neatly store water hoses on the side of the house when not in use. Level 2 Enforcement: Homeowner has three months from notice to resolve the issue or communicate with the board or Boyle Management why it cannot be resolved. Replace dead grass, plants, and trees. Repair or replace fences Pressure wash roofs Broken or damaged interior window treatments that can be viewed from street. Repair or replace outdoor broken or damaged lighting. Pressure wash sidewalks and driveways. Level 3 Enforcement: Homeowner has six months from notice to resolve the issue or communicate with the board or Boyle Management why it cannot be resolved. Exterior painting Repair roof and shingles Remove rust on sidewalks and from homes.
