Darren Mahon managing director of Mahon Enterprises Ltd reveals that Apple shares are down 40% from a
peak of $705.07 hit on September 21, when the iPhone 5 went on sale.

Online PR News – 25-April-2013 – Apple expects to utilize a total of $100 billion of cash under the expanded
program by the end of calendar 2015. This represents a $55 billion increase to the program announced last
year and translates to an average rate of $30 billion per year from the time of the first dividend payment in
August 2012 through December 2015. Mahon Enerprises outline Apple will also raise its dividend by 15 per
cent.

Darren Mahon managing director of Mahon Enterprises Ltd reveals that Apple shares are down 40% from a
peak of $705.07 hit on September 21, when the iPhone 5 went on sale.

Darren comments “Apple said it expects sales for the quarter to fall from the year before, which would be the
first decline in many years. The June quarter is generally a weak one for Apple, since consumers tend to hold
off for the next iPhone, which the company usually releases in the autumn”.

Darren believes that the rarity of Apple’s profit decline, underscores how one of the most remarkable winning
streaks in business can fall. Apple’s tight grip on its cash, along with the lack of ground-breaking new
products has been blamed for the steep decline in its stock price over the winter.

Apple earns less than 1% in interest on Wall Street investments. Mahon Enterprise reveals investors reason
that if the company has no good use for the money, it should be handed over to shareholders. The company
said it was considering ways to use the money, and this year engaged in a public debate with a hedge fund
manager who wanted it to institute a new class of preferred shares.

Apple chief executive Tim Cook is positive that the sales will soar once again as he revealed Apple are
planning a line of new products including the ipad mini and a low cost version of the iphone. Mahon
Enterprises, Managing Director Darren comments “The most important objective for Apple will always be
creating innovative products, if they continue to do this they will always be the most successful in the market”
