                      Derek is a class of 2014 MBA candidate with an emphasis in finance. He was an
                      Honor Graduate from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a
                      degree in Environmental Engineering. Afterwards, he served the Army as an
                      Environmental Science Officer at three different posts across the island of Oahu
                      in Hawaii, primarily training soldiers for upcoming deployments to the Middle
                      East. He hopes to start a career in investment banking upon graduation from
                      Carlson.

                      investment analysis and marketing. He is interested in pursuing a career in

                       companies. After service, he worked at Boston Scientific as a Senior Production

                       in Spanish from the University of Saint Thomas. Prior to attending Carlson,
                       Blake worked at the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) for seven years as a market
                       maker trading soybean options. Blake is interested in pursuing a career in risk
                       management, focusing on hedging existing commodity exposure for large
                       corporations.

                       finance. Immediately prior to attending Carlson, Gerard worked as a
                       management consultant in the transportation sector developing business and IT
                       solutions. He also possesses experience consulting in the restructuring and
                       liquidation of corporations in a variety of industries. Gerard is the 2014
                       Ameriprise Financial Fellow and the current Dennis and Barbara Senneseth
                       Scholar. Upon graduation, Gerard intends to pursue a career in investment
                       finance.

                        University of St. Thomas in St, Paul, MN. Prior to coming to Carlson, Andy
                        worked for an investment manager, The Clifton Group, as an assistant portfolio
                        manager. At The Clifton Group, Andy traded future, options, swaps, and
                        equities. He has furthered his abilities through the Chartered Financial Analyst
                        (CFA) program and passed the Level III exam in June 2010. Upon graduation, he
                        is interested in working in corporate finance.

                        pursuing an MBA, David worked as a mortgage services professional in a variety
                        of roles for Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, and, most recently, IBM. From
                        portfolio management of distressed residential mortgages, to business
                        development for mortgage servicing clients, David has rich experiences in the
                        mortgage and financial services industry. Upon graduating, he will pursue a
                        career in asset management.

                      Before seeking his MBA at Carlson, Daniel worked as an IT project manager in a
                      commercial bank and as an associate manager in the Central Bank of China,
                      where he was responsible for facilitating bank card development in China.
                      Dapeng holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation and has passed CFA
                      Level II examination. After graduation, Dapeng is interested in positions where
                      he can utilize analytical abilities, technology knowledge and finance expertise.



Minzhi Qiu
