EMPLOYMENT HISTORY Sony Online Entertainment/SCEA, San Diego, CA 04/08 – Present Free Realms (PC & PS3) Game Designer  Spearheaded level design & design document standardization process for global combat zones.  Conceived and implemented original concepts for MMO combat encounters which included behavior scripting, AI , boss mechanics, and dialogue, using proprietary tools as well as direct database access.  Served as Art liaison for combat team, communicating vision to environment artists and troubleshooting between both disciplines to achieve expected results  Performed world building and zone creation tasks using proprietary art terrain editor tool.  Mentored two junior designers with content, tools, game and level design methodology.  Worked with art, character, animation, particles, and code teams to help develop solutions for executing unique gameplay experiences.
