This software contains three sheets ----------Sheet one - "Family Budget Planner Help" Sheet two - "Summery" Click here to open 'Summary Sheet' Sheet three - "Daily Log" Click here to open 'Daily Log Sheet' Step No.1 Open Summery sheet. Define your Income and expenditure Heads caution: Once you have started making entries into "Daily Log" then DO NOT change defined heads; but you can edit the heads which are not defined. To change Start month go to page "Daily Log" and click Step No.2 select first month cell. Enter appropriate date for desired start month and year. E.g. for April 2009 as start month and year enter date 01/04/2009. Automatically all months will be re-arranged on page "Daily Log" and on page "Summary" Step No.3 To Budget go to page "summary" and enter all budget figures. Then go to "daily Log" and enter your transactions daily. Step No.4 Select appropriate category from drop-down list.
For Next Year Delete all entries from "Log Sheet". You may repeat all steps from 1 to 5
