					This New Employee Satisfaction Survey is used by employers to obtain feedback from
new employees. This survey is provided to new employees after their initial
probationary period is completed. It elicits information regarding the employees' job
satisfaction and what improvements can be made to create a better work environment
or to strengthen working relationships. This is a useful tool for employers to obtain
valuable feedback from their new employees for the purposes of future planning.

This satisfaction survey is to be completed by all new employees upon completion of their initial
