The Tender form alongwith necessary terms and conditions for sale during office hours at the office of Superintendent Examination Store Ground Floor of the Board during any working day between 9.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. on payment of Rs. 1000/- (Non refundable amount) per Tender Form through bank Challan of United Bank Limited, Board’s Branch. The last date for submission of Tender Form is within 15 clear days after publication of the Tender Notice in the leading newspapers. The same tender will be opened on the same day at 2.00 P.M in the office of the Controller of Examinations of this Board in presence of those suppliers/ parties or their representatives who wish to be present. The Tender must be in sealed cover and addressed to Controller of Examinations B.I.S.E, Hyderabad. Incase the date of opening is declared as a public holiday by the Government, the next official day shall be deemed to be the date for submission and opening of tenders at the time as mentioned above. The total offer amount as well as the rates of items must be filled both in figures and words and in cost only correction is made by supplier/ party himself then each correction must be initialed by the supplier/ party, otherwise the tenders are liable to be summarily rejected. 02% earnest money in the favour of Pay Order/ Challan in UBL Board’s Branch should be endorsed with the tender which will be returned till finalization of the case. All the decisions of the department will be final. No application shall be entertained after expiry of the date. The CHAIRMAN of the Board reserves the right to accept/ reject any one or all the applications without assigning any reason(s). An amount of Rs. 15,00,000/- is provided under the sub-head “Computerization of Result including Stationery for Computer Cell” during current financial year 2007-2008.
