                                                                                 1
    FOOTBALL
Football wagering will be available on CASINO
POINT SPREAD, CASINO PROPS and CASINO
OVER•UNDER.

Select two to six teams to cover or
beat the spread in a single wager.
For each game, there is a “favoured” team and an
“underdog” team. The favoured team will have a
spread associated with it. To “cover the spread”,
favoured teams must win by more than the spread.
To “beat the spread”, underdog teams must win
or must lose by less than the spread. All your
selections must be correct to win.

In this example, there are three games identified as
Event #s 7, 8 and 9. Designated home teams always
appear as the second team in the match-up.

    # Teams V H
    7 San	Francisco	@	Dallas -3.0
    8 Green	Bay	@	Minnesota -1.5
    9 Miami	@	New	York -7.5

In Event #7, Dallas is favoured to win by three
points. If you select Dallas to cover the spread,
they must win by four or more points. For #8, if
you select Green Bay to beat Minnesota on the
road, Green Bay must win by two or more points.
For #9, let’s say you pick the underdog, Miami, to
beat the spread. Miami must either win the game
or not lose by more than seven points.

To determine your potential payout, multiply your
wager by the payout factor based on the number of
events selected.

  * Applies only if there is a push or if event(s) offered for wagering
are postponed or cancelled, leaving only one event whose outcome
    was selected correctly.

A “PUSH” occurs when the point differential at
the end of the game equals the spread number.
When a push occurs, the prize payout is reduced
to the next lowest payout factor. For example, if
you wagered on six games and got five right and
the sixth was a push, the payout factor would be
reduced to (5/5), or 0 times your wager.

All teams selected must be correct to win and
only one type of sport is permitted per wager.
For example, you may not combine hockey and
football on one ticket. Also, you may not combine
different football leagues (American or College) on
one ticket.

                                                                          3
    FOOTBALL
Predict the outcome of three to six
props in a single wager. Props are
offered on game and participant totals. Props are set
based on elements of performance in a game (e.g.
passes completed, interceptions, sacks). For each
prop, select whether the total will go over or under
the set number. Odds are attached to each outcome.

                                                	 5.5 2.00

The potential payout is determined by multiplying
together the odds of the outcomes selected, then
multiplying that total by the wager amount.
All events selected must be correct to win.

For example, on Card #, there are 0 props
offered on the Chicago vs. Detroit game. Let’s say
you wagered on five outcomes, selecting the total
number of field goals made to be over 3.5 (odds of
.60), the total number of interceptions to be under
.5 (odds of .30), the total number of fumbles lost
to be under .5 (odds of .0), the game’s longest
rush to be under 4.5 (odds of .80) and the total
points in the second half to be over 5.5 (odds of
    .60). The payout factor would be .6 (.60 x .30
    x .0 x .80 x .60). A $0 wager would pay $.60.

Select two to six outcomes on a single
ticket. Players have two options for
wagering on football games: Under (total score
of the game is under the set number); and Over
(total score of the game is over the set number).
Odds are attached to each outcome. All outcomes
selected must be correct to win. When a “PUSH”
occurs, the OVER and UNDER odds for that event
    outcome change to .00.

    HOCKEY
Wagering on hockey will be available on CASINO
ODDS, CASINO OVER•UNDER, and CASINO POINT
    SPREAD.

Select two to six events on a single
ticket. Players have three options for
wagering on hockey games: Home or Visitor Win
(a victory by one or more goals); or a Tie. Players
have three options for wagering on hockey players.
Players may select a Home or Visitor win
(accumulating one or more points than the
opponent) or a Tie. Players are awarded
points based on their total goals and assists
( goal = points, assist = point). Odds are
attached to each outcome. All outcomes selected
    must be correct to win.

In this example, there are four games identified as
Event #s -5. Designated home teams always
appear as the second team in the match-up.

      # Teams V T H
         San Jose @ Ottawa .80 5.00 .70

      5 Smyth vs. Sundin .95 .80 3.80

The potential payout is determined by multiplying
together the odds of the selected outcomes, then
multiplying that total by the wager amount. Let’s
say you wager on four outcomes and select Ottawa
to win (odds of .70), Toronto to win (odds of
4.00), Smyth to win (odds of .95), Thorton to win
(odds of .50). The payout factor would be 33.5

    $33.50 ($0 x 33.5).

    BASEBALL
Wagering on baseball will be offered on CASINO
    ODDS and CASINO OVER•UNDER.

For baseball, you can wager on the
                 outcomes of games and/or individual
hitters in the games. You may select two to six
events from two or more games on a single ticket.

Players have two options for wagering on baseball
games: a Home or Visitor Win (a victory by one or
more runs). All outcomes selected must be correct
to win. Players have three options for wagering
on baseball hitters. Players may select a Home or
Visitor Win (accumulating one or more points than
the opponent) or a Tie. Hitters are awarded points
based on their total base hits (single = point,
double = points, triple = 3 points, home run =
4 points). Odds are attached to each outcome. All
outcomes selected must be correct to win. You may
mix different sports on one ticket.

In this example, there are three games and two
    hitter match-ups identified as #s 6-66. The
designated home team or player is always listed
    second.
      # Teams V T H
      6 New York @ Boston .75 .85

      66 Toronto @ Detroit .50 .0

The potential payout is determined by multiplying
together the odds of the outcomes selected, then
multiplying that total by the wager amount. For
example, let’s say you wagered on five outcomes
from the list above and selected New York to win
(odds of .75), Ramirez to win (odds of .30),
Chicago to win (odds of .00), Jones to win (odds
of .80), and Toronto to win (odds of .50). The
    payout factor would be .74 (.75 x .30 x .00
    x .80 x .50). A $0 wager would pay $7.40
    (.74 x $0).

For baseball, you can wager on the outcomes of
games. You may select two to six events on a single
    ticket.

BASEBALL
             Players have two options for
             wagering on baseball games:
Under (total score of the game is under the set
number); and Over (total score of the game is

outcome. All outcomes selected must be correct
to win. When a “PUSH” occurs, the OVER and

listed second.

  64 Toronto @ Detroit .80 0.5 .80

The potential payout is determined by multiplying
together the odds of the selected outcomes, then
multiplying that total by the wager amount.

GENERAL INFORMATION

     BASKETBALL
Wagering on U.S. college basketball will be
available on CASINO POINT SPREAD and CASINO

In this example, there are six games identified as
Event #s 40-45. Designated home teams always
appear as the second team in the match-up.

       # Teams V H
       40 North	Carolina	@	Arizona -3.5
       41 Kentucky	@	Indiana -5.0
       42 Michigan	St	@	Ohio	St -7.5
       43 Kansas	@	Oklahoma -4.5
       44 Florida	@	Tennessee -6.5
       45 Alabama	@	Arkansas -8.0

To determine the potential payout, multiply your
wager by the payout factor based on the number
of teams selected. For example, North Carolina is
favoured by 3.5 points over Arizona. If you select
North Carolina on the road to cover the spread,
they must win by four points or more. If you select
Indiana to win at home, they must win by six or
more points. Select Ohio State to beat the spread,
and they must win the game or not lose by more
than seven points. If you picked all six games
correctly, you would win 35 times your wager. A
     $0 wager would pay $350 ($0 x 35).

A push occurs when the final result of a game
equals the spread number. In the case of a push,
the prize payout is reduced to the next lowest
factor. All teams selected must be correct to win.
