Print Lab #23 Specialty Stationery!
There are many ways to express your sentiments and individual style why not do both by creating your very own personalized stationery? Design one-of-a-kind backgrounds by scanning your own props that will be as unique as the person who created them!
Materials Suggested:
(Not all are required) For printing: Epson Photo Quality Ink Jet Paper (letter) or Epson Premium Bright White Paper, Epson Matte Paper Heavyweight (letter) or Epson Double-Sided Matte Paper (letter), Epson Photo Stickers Kit or Epson Photo Stickers Refills, and an Epson Stylus Color Printer. For the digital photos: an Epson Scanner and/or an Epson Digital Camera. *If you do not have a scanner or a digital camera, you can use personal photos from a CD, sample photos or graphics provided in your creative software programs or visit the Epson Print Lab image gallery for a variety of downloadable images!
Procedure: Step 1: Download Stationery templates. Step 2: If you are using pre-designed templates, add text
and graphics and print. Step 3: If you are creating your own scanned background, choose items that are no thicker than 1 /2” so the scanner lid will close. Step 4: If you choose to have a colored background behind the props, place a colored sheet of construction paper directly over the props on the flatbed, close the lid and scan. Step 5: Print your stationery on Epson Photo Quality Ink Jet Paper (letter) or Epson Premium Bright White Paper and your invites and envelopes on Epson Matte Paper Heavyweight (letter) or Epson Double-Sided Matte Paper (letter) (Be sure to check out the printing tips on the website to get the best quality printouts for each paper type.) Photo Stickers: Step 1: Load Photo Stickers Software onto your computer (software is included in Photo Stickers-Kit), or use Film Factory. Step 2: Choose a photo that crops in closely to the subject, or use your favorite creative software program to crop the photo. Step 3: Print on Epson Photo Stickers Kit or Epson Photo Stickers Refills and use as an envelope seal or as added decoration to your stationery.
