The Red Flag Group (, which provides a wide range of
consulting and compliance services to multinational companies, is recruiting
Customer Support Specialist (night shift) in their Technology department.

Job Specifications

‧   Responsible for end user support for RFG’s technology product, the
    ComplianceDesktop® technology Platform
‧   Handles incoming service requests received via phone, email or website and
    responds in a timely, courteous and professional manner
‧   Logs all incidents and requests, categorizes and prioritizes requests
‧   Effectively resolves customer issues and questions by analysing them and
    formulating the best answer
‧   Escalates issues to management as appropriate
‧   Updates statistics and service reports for requests
‧   Builds and maintains excellent business relationships with co-workers,
    supervisors and customers
‧   Performs functional, regression and browser compatibility testing if required
‧   Verifies fixes in a detailed, efficient, and timely manner
