Welcome to Camp Zone at Chesterbrook Academy
Camp Zone® offers fun-filled summer programs for children Camp Schedule
ages 6 weeks – 12 years Each week, campers jump into action,
participating in exciting sports programs, exploring nature, becoming
involved in performing and creative arts, playing a part in group activities, Camp Hours Monday through Friday 6:30am—6:30pm
and attending special events.
Our campers have the opportunity to expand their horizons during the Week 1 June 10-14 Week 7 July 22-26
summer, embarking on new adventures, and having fun! Our exceptional Week 2 June 17-21 Week 8 July 29- Aug
program and dedicated staff create an environment that forges lifelong
friendships among our campers. We create a summer experience that is Week 3 June 24-28 Week 9 Aug 5-9

It all starts with our outstanding camp counselors. A camp is

seriously and begin our summer with intensive staff training and
orientation. Camp Zone® counselors and specialists are doing exactly what
they enjoy most: spending a summer inspiring campers to explore, reach Special Features
for new heights, and expand their horizons.
Camp Zone®. Camp Zone® includes five days of activities, from 6:30
am – 6:00 pm. We offer a range of outdoor activities, plus indoor activities

Camp Zone offers a great balance of making friends and learning new skills. Each week,
campers jump into action and join in exciting sports programs, explore nature, and get involved
in performing and creative arts, cooking projects, science experiments, participate in group
activities and attend special events.
A Day in the Life of a Camp Zone Camper
6:30-9:30 Arrival, morning snack and early morning activities
9:30-12:00 Group activities including field trips, projects, and special guests
1:00-3:00 Recess/Rest Time

Developing Character through exciting weekly themes Summer 2013
Join us on an adventure! At Chesterbrook Academy our campers are learning important character traits through hands on exploration and project-based
learning. Throughout the summer your camper will participate in various trips, special events, and projects. Our qualified and knowledgeable staff will coach
your camper on a fantastic summer-long character building experience!
Week 1 Responsibility: The Great Outdoors Week 6 Respect: All Around the World
This week campers will learn about being a responsible camper as Campers will learn respect for all through the acceptance of

Mission “Possible” this week at camp. Campers will explore space Challenge accepted! Campers will participate in various academic

Week 5 Caring: Be a Hero Week 10 Spirit
Campers will learn compassion and caring through stories and Camper will show their Chesterbrook spirit through end of summer
plays. We will identify and learn about heroes in the community as activities and events. Be careful, the CBA spirit is contagious!
