This is a full time position

and social media skills and work with a team of other marketing specialists? You worked at an
agency or freelance or in a corporate team and are looking for a more rewarding job where you
can have big impact? Join KPA’s marketing team, and use your creative writing and social media
skills to become the company hero in developing engaging blogs, posts, articles, emails, web
pages, white papers, case studies, testimonials, video scripts and other written material used on
our website, in social media, and in marketing collateral.

As the creative writer at KPA, you will work with a team of five marketing professionals and you will
oversee all written creative materials and social media for KPA’s marketing programs. You are motivated
by producing creative materials that are actually used by the marketing and sales teams and that people
like to read. You want your contribution to have an immediate impact on the company growth. You are a
high quality, high volume producer, and you understand how to produce engaging content in a very time
effective way. You are very familiar with social networking and understand the impact of Facebook,
LinkedIn, and Twitter on marketing. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have your own
responsibilities and accountability.


Your 6 month objectives include:

       Revamp the writing and content on our websites (www.kpaonline.com, www.dealerwebinars.com,
        www.tkcarsites.com) to make KPA stand out as a leader in the industry for each of the three
        products lines, and in particular our Internet Marketing products for automotive dealerships. Your
        goal is to increase lead conversions of the website by 50%. You will be supported by marketing
        managers, product managers, and a creative designer.
       Produce creative materials for marketing programs and lead nurturing campaigns in cooperation
        with the marketing managers and the creative designer. This includes infographics, brochures,
        online newsletters, email campaigns, client stories, blogs, posts, et cetera. Your goal is to present
        KPA as the industry leader when it comes to providing expertise and uncommon service. You will
        be measured on the contribution marketing makes to the company revenue and growth.
       Review and streamline the presence of KPA in social media. It’s your challenge to make all our
        social media more professional and consistent, and bring it to the next level with the help of our
        creative designer, adding engaging visual content. Social Media include Facebook (kpaonline,
        tkcarsites, dealerbar), Twitter (kpaonline, tkcarsites), Linkedin, and various industry specific blogs
        and other social websites.


Responsibilities:
       You create and maintain content for our website, social media, and sales tools: blogs, articles,
        newsletters, reviews, interviews, press releases, and documentation.
       You manage our social media presence to increase SEO, web traffic, and sales leads
       You write and proofread text for direct and email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
       You organize, plan, and prioritize your work in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams
        and according to company objectives, developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize,
        and accomplish your work.
       You communicate with persons outside KPA, representing the company to clients, partners, the
        public, and other external sources.
       You provide monthly productivity and metric reporting

Success Criteria

       You are an excellent writer with superior grammar, spelling and proofreading skills
       You are a high performing self-starter, with proven ability to work both independently as well as a

       You have experience with Social Media Marketing
       Working knowledge of Internet marketing concepts, including social media, SEO and web design
       You have excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task
       You possess proficiency-level skills in MS Office Suite products and Adobe Creative Suite
       You maintain a commitment to ongoing personal growth and development

Experience

       Experience with B2B marketing
       Experience with Social Media and technical writing including: blogs, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,
        etcetera, as proven by your presence on the internet through social media
       Experience with document and content management
       Automotive industry experience preferred
