Banquet ticket prices are as follows: WCHA Membership package includes a single dinner ticket, 1 annual WCHA membership, a commemorative mug and entry into membership gun raffle…………$25 Single banquet dinner ticket only….…………………$15 “Early Bird” package includes $200 worth of “funny money” valid towards any floor raffle, walk around gun drawing, and or game……………….……………....$100 *Orders for the “Early Bird” package must be postmarked no later than 2/1/08. * All moneys are tax-deductible donations to the WCHA * Additional tickets, if still available on the night of the banquet at the door are first-come, first-serve. No reserve tickets will be held at the door. If you cannot attend the banquet and do not wish to become a WCHA sponsor, please consider purchasing the enclosed raffle tickets by returning the tickets provided with your name, address, and phone number. You retain the stub(s). The tickets will be entered in a 10-gun raffle to be drawn the evening of the banquet. You need not be present to win. A list of guns offered is printed on each raffle ticket. Gun winners have the option to take the cash value of the gun if they wish. Gun raffle tickets are 3 for $20 or $10 each. Call Shirley Roehrborn at (920) 467-3845 to order more raffle tickets. WCHA Sponsorship Program
Consider becoming a WCHA: Trophy Sponsor with a donation in the amount of $75 in cash or banquet prize merchandise. Trophy Sponsors receive a complimentary dinner ticket, recognition on a Red, White, and Blue Classic event plaque, a sponsor plaque, entry in a sponsor’s raffle, and a commemorative WCHA mug. Associate Sponsor with a donation in the amount of $150 in cash or banquet prize merchandise. Associate Sponsors receive 2 complimentary dinner tickets, a sponsor plaque, 2 one-year WCHA memberships, entry into a sponsor’s raffle, an advertisement in the annual banquet booklet, and 2 commemorative WCHA mugs. Super Sponsor with a donation in the amount of $500 in cash or banquet prize merchandise. Super sponsors receive 2 complimentary dinner tickets, 2 one-year WCHA memberships, entry in the sponsor’s raffle, entry in a Super Sponsor print drawing, an advertisement in the banquet booklet, and two commemorative WCHA mugs. *Sponsorships are 100% tax deductible. *Sponsorship merchandise to be used as prizes or auction items must be at the banquet hall no later than 4:00 PM on 3/1/08.
