Subject: National Account Delivery Commission Policy Change

Please be apprised that effective April 1, 2013, delivery commissions on National account transactions
will be split 50/50 between TDW and our dealer.

The change is in effect for all brands that we participate with in National Account business. Any
transactions submitted to TDW after March 31, 2013 will be credited at the revised commission rate.
